      Good work/life balance, reasonable salary

      Cons

      Working at LUO was like attending adult day care - breaks, lunches, and calls were timed to the second with someone constantly breathing down your neck to generate more applications for the online school, with little care or concern of the individual's financial situation or college eligibility.

      Friendly coworkers, learned lots of information, gained lots of experience with emails and phone calls, and record keeping.

      Pay was low, and there was a cap on hours

      Flexible and reliable income. Freedom to turn down work, but also the ability to pick up courses and roles often.
