Pros
-a lot of new projects and manufacturing operations on-going so there's a lot of learnings in regards to engineering -co-workers are kind and helpful even to new employees -has decent benefits (hmo, holiday and overtime pay) but lacks comparing to other bigger companies
Cons
-6 days per week working schedule, will regularly have to come to work during holidays as well -toxic management (not co-workers, but the upper management)
