Toxic and worst company I’ve ever worked for - Commercial Underwriter Liberty Mutual Insurance Employee Review

Unrealistic metrics and expectations, unmanageable territories/workload, toxic coworkers and management, constant changes, too many meetings, constant stress, anxiety and layoffs, and favoritism. Agents like their underwriters but don’t trust Liberty Mutual. High turnover!! Can’t reach HR and too much reliance on AI or ChatGPT. Underwriters can’t even underwrite, and there’s too much unclear messaging.
