Good pay, good benefits, 401(k) with decent matching, good time off, fully remote, and some very good co-workers.
Cons
The legal department is currently restructuring and there are lots of layoffs. Additionally, upper level corporate executives in general say one thing and then will do another, so be prepared to adapt to situations suddenly changing.
