In years past I have felt respected and like Liberty cared about it’s employees - this is sadly going away with new leadership.
Cons
With the changing of senior leadership comes the sad reality that Liberty no longer cares or puts employees first. There have been several changes rolled out that have caused concern among employees who care and love this company - Senior Leadership has refused to acknowledge the conversation and is forcing policies that are illogical and will be detrimental to employee productivity, well being, and overall moral. I expect there will be a mass resignation coming to Liberty in the next few weeks.
