Pros
I had good management in my role which helped me to succeed in my role. Fair pay and good benefits. Prior to service power, the autonomy was awesome and made the stress bearable.
Cons
Some weeks can be absolutely brutal depending on claim type and volume. Also constant pressure in the role and sometimes you are unable to step away from work.
