Pros

Full benefits 401k not much more positive to talk about

Cons

They went from paying us 10k a month to 2k a month and 3k if we hit a higher tier for the month. It’s gut wrenching. We all worked SO hard to get this job and just feel completely betrayed. This isn’t just my personal opinion . I’ve been here over 3 years now and every single person I know feels the same exact way. I thought I would work here 10+ years and I’m not sure that’s possible anymore. I’ve waited a long time for things to change back to normal before doing this review. Way too long if you ask me. I’ve been in sales my entire life but this place BY far is the most stressful place I’ve ever worked. The turn over rate is insane now and almost everyone on my team is new. They’re hiring sooo many people and payout is disrespectful. For example , goal used to be 133 a month. It is now 20!!!!!! Something is very wrong !!! I do nottttt recommend coming here.

Pros

Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

Cons

It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
