Sending Underwriting Assistant jobs offshore and calling it "Role Evolution". No loyalty to long time employees. There are too many project teams taking up valuable time meeting about changing workflow processes that don't need to be changed instead of focusing on figuring out why our system crashes after every system release. Lack of diversity in front line underwriting, and of course no one is checking.
