      The pay and benefits are top notch. The technologies being worked with are stone age old in some area, but cutting edge in others.

      Cons

      Low expectations lead to some lack of motivation. Tall management structure doesn't help in trying to make a culture impact.

      Pros

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
