They have cut training budget essentially to nothing. -401k has been reduced the last 3-5 years. -lots of long tenured employees (20+) years in regional offices that are sub-par and stuck in their ways -IT tools/Support is minimal. Very embarrassing. -Reorgs every 2-3 years - constant leadership and business model change
