Very good work/life balance with flexible work options
Cons
Liberty is undergoing tremendous change and has alienated many loyal employees with these changes as many have had to reapply for their jobs not once but twice. There is not clear direction regarding these fundamental change but management is taking more of a will figure it out as we go type attitude. Unfortunately, this experimentation is at the of many loyal employees.
