Pros
The Compensation and Benefits are better than average. The managers I worked for during my long tenure with the company were very professional. My peers were very professional. The work environment was quite supportive. Great training opportunities, Liberty Mutual paid for my MBA and other designations. Fairness and respect is where it should be. All the tools needed to be a success in my positions were provided to me.
Cons
Sweat shop environment, too much overtime, frank communication not invited. Overtime sometimes created negative employee morale. Senior leadership communications seemed canned. No attempt to really communicate, very little face-to-face time.
