Pros

Financially strong company, good support on local level

Cons

Pricing is not competitive for most customers. Customer retention is not good due to 15-20%+ rate increases Year over year even on good customers with no claims. Before you accept a sales position speak with several agents about their ability to write and maintain business so you know what you are getting into. Don't rely on blue sky from recruiters and managers

Pros

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Cons

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
