      The benefit package is not too bad. You get an average amount of sick time. There is always free food. Your co-workers are great!

      Cons

      This company will work you! There is no work life balance. The expectations are not realistic. Stay clear off this place!!!!!!

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
