      Pros

      Incredible people and environment which encourages you to grow professionally. This is a “employee” first company and it shows in people’s willingness to help one another out and being respectful of boundaries. Also the ability to move around the company and try new roles is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before.

      Cons

      None that I can think of right now. Having a few more holiday days would be nice. We have the standard federal holidays, but the last company I came from had way more which is something I miss.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Cons

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
