Since the Senior leadership has just changed so the pros are only for their old colleagues which they brought from their previous companies…. Favouritism at its peak now!!!

There are so many cons starting from no proper recognition to distrust in employees at ground… there is no HR head since more than a year now so you may imagine the core values being followed…. There is only “Yes sir” business going on… no real growth in business at country level, less ROE products with higher cost of acquisition being written just to show inflated growth….
