Pros
No deadline for IT projects and you can spend weeks on tiny task as long as you can talk about what you have learnt. Worked with some real smart people. Have the freedom to choose tools/technologies for the project. Health insurance and gym subsidies. CBD location. Good salary.
Cons
Lot of changes happened in management in IT and the new one has little IT background. Your performance is not based on your work, but how you sell/market your work. High turn over and staff are disposable. Management says they prefer open and honest, but they are not. They make decision and expect everyone to follow. People got fired when they spoke up.
