Pros

The workers themselves are a great bunch. That's about all the pro's I can muster up.

Cons

The management team is horrendous. The company promotes a work-life balance, yet fails miserably at living up to that. If you are not working 60+ hours a week, you're not working enough. And WHATEVER YOU DO , DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE. Mistakes are for the weak at this company. Make one and the nail is in the coffin. Lots of gossiping and talking about people behind their backs by the management team.. Incredibly juvenile. Very much like high school.

Pros

I read the reviews before during and after I started working here and I really guess it depends on the location, I'm on the west coast and I do really enjoy my job. I enjoy helping people I enjoy providing an essential service, I enjoy being on the phone. The pay can definitely be better but the job security is there. My coworkers definitely keep me save I've grown to care for them alot.

Cons

Customers can be very rude that is pretty much the worst part of the job keeping your cool even if you have a hot customer. Things do seem to change alot so the communication has to be clear in order to stay in the loop
