Pros

Fast turn times for outside agents. Great systems in place to be successful. Leads! Management is on top of their game, responsive, and reward hard work. I got a loan from submission, to docs, to funding in less than 4 hours! They pay on time every time! I am Liberty agent for life.

There are no cons only pros.

Pros

Great place to work. Plenty of resources and leads to succeed financially. Excellent support staff. Management has your best interests in mind and has an open door policy always. No micro management or mindless meetings. Plenty of perks.

None that I can think of.

I have been here for over 5 years and about to hit my 6th. I'm still proud to be part of Liberty Capital's Team! For the last 4 years, I've been hitting over 6 figure and not many can consistently offer that stable job in a fast-moving industry. I've earned my book of business that it makes it hard to leave to just start over.

Cons

I choose to stay because there are no reasons to leave.
