Regarding salary reviews, our approach considers a range of factors, including an employee’s position within their market benchmarks (using our benchmarking tools) and adjustments for inflation.
Additionally, we have structures in place to recognise and reward individual performance through our commission and bonus schemes. These are designed to celebrate achievements and reflect the valuable contributions of our employees.
