Disorganized, doesn't take the time to thoroughly plan or research what tech will be the best fit. Favoritism - they don't care about your skills, if they are even aware of what your skills are, it is do they know you and like you will you get a raise or promoted. Doesn't do performance reviews, doesn't seem to promote based on qualifications or skills. Rapid huge changes very frequently. Underpaid.
