Apprendre la résilience, la détermination, l'approche commericale.

Cons

Beaucoup d'appels par jour, seulement une partie du cycle de vente (prise de rendez-vous). Je n'effectue pas les rendez-vous.

Pros

- great colleagues that have a "startup" state of mind (favor impact, focus on what really matters, ...) - and in the meantime people have a lot of kindness to anyone and consideration to anyone's work -- Honestly this sounds like bullshit most of the time but here it's definitely not! - working in an fast-growing startup : cofounders have great ambitions for the company so it's currently hiring a lot, things move fast and there's a lot to do which is exciting - flex office... only if you want to. I'm free to go to the office or work from home any day of the week.

Cons

- office is nice but a bit small regarding the amount of new employees (I guess that will change soon)

Pros

You are directly involved to build the next generation B2B payments platform leader. Team is amazing, location of the offices in Paris as well. Remote work accepted. Contrary to a lot of start ups, you get rewarded with BSPCEs, which means you are directly linked to the success of the company.

Cons

If you like to do things slowly, this is not the right place for you :)
