The firm values your personal time outside the ambit of work and does not create undue pressure unless the work is really pressing. Overall, the cons will fail to surpass the learning experience one can acquire by working at LSP. The transactions team can provide you with the right set of exposure and breakthrough that any law graduate keen in learning the PE/VC transactions can think of.

Nothing significant but human resource management/retention could be one of the cons.
