Pros

Good learning curve on the job. You will do more, due to shortage of workforce ie learn more.

Cons

Toxic work culture The top leadership shouts, filled with anger and makes people feel small No support from leadership or peers at Senior associate level

Pros

Nothing, and the company will agree to it as well, considering my experience with them.

Cons

I was hired as contract content writer. But there is no one to respond to your mails. You will feel like you are in a matrix. You will get tasks on time, but there wont be any follow ups or replies to your mail. These guys squeezed the best in a month time and when it comes to payment, there were no one to respond.

Pros

Supportive peers and mentors who provide reasonable timelines and learning environment. Along with the professional work, the firm promotes the concept of knowledge management wherein sessions are conducted by the leads. The firm values your personal time outside the ambit of work and does not create undue pressure unless the work is really pressing. Overall, the cons will fail to surpass the learning experience one can acquire by working at LSP. The transactions team can provide you with the right set of exposure and breakthrough that any law graduate keen in learning the PE/VC transactions can think of.

Cons

Nothing significant but human resource management/retention could be one of the cons.
