As you noted, our team experienced significant challenges in Q1, and after assessing business performance alongside the considerable volume of time off already approved and taken, we temporarily paused new PTO requests in March to stabilize our operations. Importantly, we honored all PTO requests previously approved. Our standard PTO policy emphasizes approval based on balancing individual needs with company obligations, ensuring proper coverage, and maintaining operational effectiveness.
Additionally, the introduction of Gong is intended purely as a coaching and development tool to empower our sales professionals by sharing best practices and providing meaningful feedback. We've been encouraged by overwhelmingly positive feedback from our team, noting significant performance improvements through coaching support.
