Pros
I love the fact that Lexbe is a close-knit company that truly sees each of its employees as a human being, and not just another work horse. I recently had a health scare and my supervisor asked our office manager to send me flowers. I have NEVER in all my professional years experienced that level of compassion from an employer, and especially from one where I've worked for only a short time. Another great benefit is that most everyone works remotely, which enhances the work-life balance that they already encourage. They also support continuing education, with Lexbe's CEO offering to pay for a valuable certification that I didn't even have to request. Salary and benefits are above average and the interview/hiring process was smooth and painless, thanks to Lexbe's HR Manager, who is the best! Speaking of, she set up a virtual cooking class for employees that's coming up soon, which is such a unique, fun perk. To sum up the above pros, Lexbe goes above and beyond to keep their employees happy, and you can tell because everyone who works there has welcomed me with kindness. Anyone would be lucky to work for such a great company that has a bright future in the area of eDiscovery, as they continue to quickly grow with the emergence of GenAI.
Cons
Of course, it's hard to think of any cons when it comes to Lexbe, but if I had to mention one, it would be an occasional lack of clear and organized communication regarding expectations for my position and "need to know" information. However, that is a challenge most companies face, and is mostly just growing pains due to Lexbe's expansion within their field and my position being a new one with the company.
