Everyone is friendly and great to work with. They have great leave accrual and the other benefits are pretty good, comparatively.
Cons
The pay is very low and based on position title, not experience or actual performance. Doesn't matter if you do well or let everyone else pick up your slack, you still make the same as the guy doing half a job.
