Pros
Leviton offers very generous PTO , paid holidays and good Benefit package. They reward/ recognize Hardwork and anyone willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Cons
Staffing is inadequate during busy times of the year, which often happens during the time of year when most people are also taking PTO. Its very difficult to keep up with everything needed to get done. We often find ourselves stretched very thin at these times & can it be very stressful.
