Pros
Good benefits, overtime opportunities. Decent management. Ok place if people will leave you alone to do your job. Hard schedule but enjoyed 4 days off at a time
Cons
Operator on molding line work was ok but tired of the older men that worked on machines flirting, giving mobile # in case the were needed & not around then asking for mine but texting outside of work needing a friend asking for it to be secret get this because it was behind their girlfriend, fiancé or wife's back then the friend moved to wanting more. Making it very uncomfortable to work on their line or be near them or having to get their help. Had other women going through the same things. Even when we left got text & Facebook messages one that a friend got said wish we had more time. Guess he was planning on non work activities. Before I left it was all unwinding on him. Females started talking & found out he was doing the same thing to different women & had been for a long time. Just could fool newer ones and it didn't matter what they looked like or anything else. That's just one man there was a couple of others that didn't care if they hiding or not. I believe these things need to be said but I will not name names. ALL THAT BEING said the company and job was good but situations were uncomfortable at times. Another con the shifts were tough. It was hard to be part of kids activities. Had to miss a lot of their events. I found a job that gave me better hours and days to be part of my kids lives. Plus the pay was not good new job has better pay.
