Pros
Good Benefits. Good Health care. I don't know really what else to say. It was a good experience since I had a well fitted tool room with everything we needed.
Cons
Too Long to mention! Extremely bad management. Raises were few and far between. Human resources covered up way to much of management's screw ups and nobody was ever reprimanded except the people that worked on the floor. Management did such a bad job that the plant ended up closing in El Paso. too much red tape also that did not permit for us to advance in our projects with good time. Most of all, it was all management that was or still is wrong with this place.
