Pros

There are some good sincere people willing to help.

Cons

No training machinism in place for new hires. They will give you a task with least amount of training and then if you make mistake you will be judged and chastised. Sexual inuandos and foul language is common in both test and app lab. Too many old timers unwilling to listen. I have personally heard culturally sensitive remarks coming from test lab. Preferential treatment and corporate hierarchy at it's best. Prejudiced and border line racism can best describe this company.

Pros

Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

Cons

Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
