90% of the personalities working at Levi are great, easygoing, empathetic and fun! Apparel is high quality.
Cons
Not a "career" company. Good for high school, college, retired or someone needing supplemental cash and a discount on their favorite brand. Low pay. No opportunity for Overtime; should you go over 40hr, you get documented. No advancement system. It's random; they claim they give raises at the beginning of the year, but it's very minimal for the amount of responsibility they give. ASMs know more about how to run the store than General Store Managers. There are Leads and Associates that train store managers for a position they should already know how to do. Turnover at Levi is GROSSLY high on both management and associate levels.
