Pros

Pretty chill atmosphere, the product is easy sell, the employees are laid back. Also, the customers are more understanding than the average needy customer.

Cons

Besides the lack of benefits, the unorganized employee training, and the incompetent managing staff, Levi's is strategically inferior in terms of both customer care and employee care. By monitoring the individual sales of each sales associate without any incentives it not only creates quite a nuisance, it also breeds unnecessary hostility amongst the sales associates because it is very likely that associates will inadvertently "steal sales" and/or try to negotiate with the cashiers "boost" their sales.
