Pros

Great exposure to great clients. Gained great experience.

Cons

Where to even begin? 2 words: empty promises! 1. No set commission structure. Every clients gives different commission and the fees are way low below South African standards. You'd be lucky to get 6% out of a deal. Nothing is set on paper either, therefor it is easy for the company to not pay out commission in full and simply get away with it. 2. Minimal career growth. If you're not a favourite, your limited to your role and even salary increases are unheard of. When an employee leaves, they simply replace from the outside, not offering internal employees the opportunity to step into a growth role. 3. Micromanaging - if you enjoy being watched with every move you make, have at it. 4. KPI's - unrealistic KPI's are setting up employees for failure. When speaking up about your challenges towards KPI's, it is like speaking to a wall. 5. "Flexibility" - during initial interview stages, flexibility in the workplace (hours, etc) are promised. But when push comes to shove, everything gets thrown in your face. 6. Individuals are easily targeted. If you decide to speak up about something, you become a target for management and they do everything in their power to make your life miserable even though they claim that it is not the case. 7. For minimal pay, you are expected to do the most. 8. People in this company will stab someone in the back, just to get out on top. No real "team" here. Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews, because that is where the truth lies.
