Management does little to support employee growth or professional development. The company culture is heavily driven by ego and there are several senior employees contribute to a toxic environment that discourages collaboration, innovation, and upward mobility. Benefits are subpar and frustrating to navigate, adding unnecessary stress for employees. Overall, the organization fails to adequately support both its staff and the people who rely on them for assistance.
