Pros
Salary is Good. Whatever you are expecting in terms of your CTC. You will get.
Cons
1. You will be asked to justify your salary after a week you start working with them. They want results within a week or else you are fired.
2. They can ask you to leave whenever they want without giving you a justifiable reason.
3. BHAWNA SETHI- #CEO OF THE COMPANY, doesn't know how to sell her own services to the brands. Even she is not aware about the difference between the services she is offering to brands.
4. No appreciation from her to the employees who are actually responsible in getting her business.
5. Statement during the interview by BHAWNA SETHI- She doesn't like to micro manage #THEBIGGESTLIE because all she does is micro managing. She was so interested in emploees personal life that she actually didn't trust her employees at all and she thinks she is responsible for every single thing.
6. She was never really sure about what she wanted. Talking to her sounded like (I love apple, I do not love apple, I hate apples, but an apple a day keeps the doctor away and blah blah). She was so unsure about what she wanted and next day, her statement changes.
In short, as per the Learning basis you will not learn a single thing in this company. You will never grow here and it's a worst place to work.
Not advised for the ones who does not want to mess up their mental peace.
