Pros

Nice and kind colleagues Interesting concept

Cons

Some reviews are fake Very high rotation. Only a few people stay more than 1 year Too many interns and trainees positions, just because they cost less and management don't invest in people (they say that Lesara is a startup to pay people less....) Lower salaries compared to other companies in Berlin. They say that they compensate that with high learning. Every startups say that... and in this case is completely false. Very high demand compared to nothing received No transparency about management roles and status of the company Unclear internal structure and personal path Constructive criticism is not accepted I often feel like a number or just a machine to get the results They pretend to be the best company around and a big family with the highest values... bullshits. I know they just don't care. CEO cares nothing except his personal success, he awkwardly tries to hide it but everyone knows that In some cases you are challenged with no sense tasks or questions, just to push you and show the pressure Even if they promise benefit, there aren't. No lessons, very poor fruit (5 baskets for >100 people and only 3 days per week) + kind of nothing else

Thanks for the many suggestions for improvement. It is a pity to see that one of our employees had a negative experience. We hope that in the next place you will find what you are looking for and will be just as happy as the rest of our Lesara Family!!

Pros

If you want to work at a startup in Berlin, Lesara is definitely the place to be. There is a broad range of junior to senior talent, a ton of opportunity for growth and 99% of people are really eager to learn and help each other. Culture is taken very seriously and if you voice your concerns to the right channels, they are addressed quickly and efficiently. Don't work here if your sole focus is to get more salary or vacation than your current contract and you don't care about where/what you do (I list this as a pro because I like working with the type of co-workers this attracts). Do work here if you want to learn a ton, work with cool people and be a part of one of the few thriving startups in Berlin.

Cons

With fast growth, you often don't have the chance to do everything perfectly. Lately it seems there are some people in the team that actively spread a negative vibe which is really sad to see as actually most of the team is very positive and happy in their roles. It seems it's hard to let these negative people go because the workload is pretty high but I hope this can be changed soon.
