The company leadership believes there are 3 core values at the org, one of which is unconditional support. While their expectation for the same is always sky high, when it’s time to reciprocate there’s not much. Probably the only organisation that has planned their workflow in a manner where they rely upon making cuts in an employees fixed pay every month. Toxic work environment with poor structuring of team. Quality team also doubles up as HR which is mind boggling in itself. Some folks take pride in practices other companies would be ashamed of. One half of a particular function works remotely while the other half is expected to report to work 6 days a week without fail or they’d face aforementioned pay cuts.
