after all the fiasco with the glassdoor review about low salary, they decided to make an adjustment to staff salary following grading base salary for staff including the subsidiary comp. but little did we know, the salary wont be follow your designation grade salary. as example, eventhought your job grade is J3 and the min salary in that grade is rm3000, you will still get salary below than that but with more resposibilities as J3 grade. then what is the point with the grading exactly?? and what exactly that the management think with publicly announce the job grading in group chat so that all staff will know all staff job grading. and the joke is after few days, they decided to change the job grading for some staff and they wont informed the said staff.
