      Relaxed work environment. Seniors are always ready to assist. Multiple IPs allow you to explore different animation styles.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime. Workload can double on the second half of the year. Bonuses are rare and not given based on work performance, but instead on whether you did or said something to impress the bosses.
