⭐ 1/5 — Former Employee ────────────────────────────── 🏷️ TITLE Unstable, Unprofessional & Deeply Mismanaged — Avoid at All Costs ────────────────────────────── ✅ PROS • A couple of genuinely good individuals at the mid-level (you'll find them if you look hard enough) • That's honestly about it ────────────────────────────── ❌ CONS • No organizational structure, no defined processes, and zero strategic direction — nobody inside the company actually knows what the company is doing • Classic family-run business where nepotism runs rampant; family members are placed in key roles regardless of qualification and carry an extremely arrogant attitude • The company wildly misrepresents itself — it's a 100–200 person operation with no real global presence, yet markets itself as something far larger. Everything from headcount to market presence is exaggerated • Absolutely no work-life balance. You will be expected to work weekends with no compensatory off, no acknowledgment, and no appreciation • Only 10 gazetted holidays annually. Leave requests are routinely denied. Policies are inconsistent and applied selectively — different rules exist for different people based on manager favoritism • Appraisals are a joke — delayed by 6–7 months past due date, and when they do happen, the increments are insultingly low. If they do give you a raise, be prepared to be worked into the ground for it • Senior management is largely ineffective — many are hired and fired in quick succession, and those who remain spend their time on their phones rather than doing actual work • Leadership shouts at employees, passes personal comments, and allows a culture of disrespect to thrive from the top down • Clients are allowed to verbally abuse employees, and instead of protecting their staff, management suppresses the employee and sides with the client • The office environment is genuinely unhealthy — unclean, outdated, with reported pest issues. Not a safe or pleasant place to work • If company equipment is damaged, employees are forced to pay 70–100% of the replacement cost • They have been unable to build stable software products over many years, yet are now letting go of technical staff under the belief AI will replace them — a dangerously short-sighted decision • Suspected governance and compliance issues that raise serious ethical red flags • This company will stagnate your career. There is no learning, no mentorship, and no growth path -
