Pros
Working enviroment is very relaxing, as well as having full control over when you want to work. Additionally if you manage to accrued 21 hours in overtime you get to take an extra 3 days off per quarter on top of the original 25 + the bank holidays.
Cons
Being completely honest there isn't any, because i am a graduate I would say compensation but if you were higher up I'm sure they would pay more.
