informal and cooperative environment. at working level there is a spread culture to help each other, information are never hidden and doors are open.
Cons
low salary, scarce professional evolution. it is impossible to forecast how and what to do for a promotion or a salary increase. training is not linked to possible professional evolotions. poor turnaround.
