Pros
Exceptional products and the company really does care about it's employees. I've read some of the other reviews and it seems like some folks have an ax to grind or are more worried about time off than working. Benefits are crazy good and cheap, management is engaged and getting better. The international aspect is difficult at times but extremely interesting. Working with other cultures is a great opportunity.
Cons
The company has changed a lot over the last few years, for the better. There are still some real challenges to deal with being part of such a large organization (Finmeccanica). Sometimes the pressure from the parent company is frustrating but positve changes are definately being made but none seem to be easy. Again, if you're not afraid to work you can easily be part of the solution.
