      Pros

      Great support, great projects which you work on live from day 1. They really look after and value their graduates. Friendly and fun working environment!

      Cons

      The only cons would are due to the nature of the beast. Year end is a high time for production, so means that for new starts they may fall under the radar. This is a great time to build upon other skills!
