Pros
This is the least toxic place I've worked in the service industry. It is the best combination of management and staff that doesn't sweat the small stuff, but still work hard and communicate. Plus the excellent food and drinks, that are higher quality than a patron might think based on the casual vibe, are easy to sell and easy to eat!
Also, nicest owner(s) ever.

First place I've worked that does tip shares, so it can be hard to tell what you'll end up banking at thr end of a given week or month.
