Very poor inexperienced managers, racist and inconsiderate. Forced to work 7 days in a row, full time without a day off, always short staffed due to poor management of the rota Some days no food to serve as management forget to place the order!! Italian manager and only Italian people seem to be promoted, even those who are incredibly lazy and useless. Others promised promotions but then overlooked because the position is given to yet another Italian friend of the manager So many people leave the turnover is so high but nobody seems to questions this, even when people visit from head office they don’t ever speak to the workers, they completely ignore us. If they took the time to speak and interact with us they may have a chance to improve things.....perhaps they don’t care aswell. I’d love to know if the CEO reads these messages and he really needs to start reaching out to the workers
