Toxic leadership/Lack of accountability - Senior Manager, Service Delivery Management Lenovo Employee Review

The single most toxic environment I have ever worked in over a 30 year career in IT. Shifting priorities, no leadership, no ownership. A culture of "not my job" and the wrong people are held accountable while "leaders" build kingdoms surrounded by yes people. If you provide any feedback that may be construed as negative, even if presented as constructive and with a willingness to see the gaps/challenges removed, you will be targeted.
