      Pros

      Lenovo is the number 1 PC manufacturer for a reason. They made fantastic products and have a robust supply chain.

      Cons

      The UK business is poorly run and "clicky" at Lenovo it seems to be who you know not what you know that determines progression. The pay structure no longer rewards overachievement, with commission capping and unrealistic target setting it now feels impossible to earn a significant commission.
