Pros
The only Pros about working at Lenovo were the colleagues' I collaborated with on a daily basis. I would also state that the healthcare packages offered to employees is extremely accomidating.
Cons
The company is too heavily influenced by the executive management team in China. Decisions are always made in regard to that specific market and geography. There is also a lack of investment in workplace modernization, training, employees, productivity tools, and marketing. Lenovo is and will always be a rebranded legacy IBM computer manufacturer. Lastly, the sales targets are always unrealistic which leads to very little commission actually being paid to the top performers.
