      Lenovo has great products, which is why we are #1 in PCs and growing in tablets, smartphones and servers, etc. There are various market rate issues that affect pay in different countries. Lenovo generally pays local market rates. Thanks for your feedback.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
